With our refugee background and knowledge and truth that we learned from our parents, it's not surprising that we find solidarity with the Palestinians.
We also know who the real enemy is in the entire world, Zionist/communist/fascists. Most people have been swallowing their propaganda for so long, that they think people like us are from Mars when they hear our opinions on world politics.
We need to know our history well and offer alternative reading and proof for them to change their thinking. I've managed this with a few people, who just thought i was Anti- semitic, now, they came to the pro Pal. rally and are boycotting Israeli products and Jweish company goods. I realised long ago when discussing these topics to stay cool, in control, and bombard them with facts and reading material or webb sites. This seems to work.
PM has been wonderful. I have learned so much from others and it has helped connect the dots for me.
