Towards the soldiers guarding the capital worldwide

For they are always covered

Hard and ugly
And those heavy boots
That never notices
The earth under your feet

Its been long, I can't tell you exactly how much
But since I was a child
I have been watching all those scenes repeatedly
Houses destroyed
People shot
Children are screaming in fears
And the parents and relatives crying for their beloved
A big monstrous tank
And soldiers with helmet and machine guns
As if an endless war is going on between machine and men!

I have seen those so many times
On TVs and on newspapers
Like so many others around the world I guess
