Nonprofit group gives Palestinian children breath of fresh air

SIDON: More then 100 children from the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp near Sidon were given the opportunity to play, sing, dance and express themselves thanks to the Nabeh Foundation, which organized a fun-filled day for the children over the weekend. "The fun day also aims to ease the children's sufferings, as they live in tragic conditions in the camp and in the absence of the basic factors of decent life," said supervisor Alia Turkey

Zahra thank you for this information. It is well that there are foundations such as these to devote their time to the children. Children as supposed to have fun and be able to be free to run, jump play as they wish not to be herded into camps like animals. When there is war it is always the Women, Children and Ageds that suffer. Love & Light

Zahra, no one knows how Palestinian are living in camps. You cant imagine... I was working in the news department of a TV station when Isreal was shelling and bombing them. Every day I had to watch loadsof films of children torn to peaces, homes wricked, mothers under rubble... playing is a luxury for thos children, Blessed such efforts o make a child smile. I will attach a photo showing the playground of Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp's children can play in....
